John Terry is expected out for six weeks after undergoing surgery today to restore the knee injury that happened.

Andre Villas-Boas for the absence of Terry for six weeks into a nightmare for Chelsea, given England central defender was a mainstay in the defense sector.

"Without John, we lost a very important player in the team and missed a lot of goals lately, turned 180 degrees from what happened in January," says Villas-Boas.

That's why Chelsea's Portuguese manager was hoping Terry could quickly recover.

"I think absent in four weeks is enough," he said.

"We still have to wait and see tomorrow, how the operation and hopefully he can return to play within the expected time period. Usually it takes between four and six weeks," says Villas-Boas.

Villas-Boas but do not want to just expect to Terry.

"We still have to solve our problems at the back. I think we should focus on organizing the relationship between the four players behind us," he explained.
