Steven Gerrard insists determination as much as possible to reach the championship trophy because you no longer wish to extend a degree after six seasons of scarcity.
"Six years without a trophy is not good for the club," Gerrard said the Liverpool Echo.
"For too long, and everyone knows it. It's time for us to present the title."
Gerrard added that Liverpool are currently in the process forward and to success.
"We are very eager to bring back success. This is what we try to achieve," he explained.
"I hope all of this be the beginning for us. Stupid if we can win the League Cup trophy winner and ignore other opportunities. Degree is very important to us, but we also want to reach other important trophy."
